CNC Machining

PRECISE has many automated CNC Mill/Turn Centers capable of machining round or square work pieces. Load-unload capabilities allow unattended operations. Parts to 24" in diameter and 80" long can be processed with ease. 

These vacuum chamber end flanges were machined on our Mill/Turn from stainless steel round stock in one set-up. Our competitive advantage can reduce your part cost and insure quality parts on time. 

If you want true J.I.T. deliveries our Flexible Manufacturing System with 60 pallets and 3 horizontal machining centers and 360 tools is right for you. This cell with a pallet stacker robot and smart controller allows PRECISE to produce and deliver parts according to our customers forecasts. With customer commitment to annual volume, we can reduce costs per part, improve quality and reduce your inventory. 

We have successfully machined parts from many solids. This approach can be a viable solution for quick delivery—eliminating tooling charges, porosity concerns in castings, and in some cases reducing parts costs.
